Musqle On Cost, Delivery and Return Terms for UK Customers

What each option cost

The figures below are from the UK checkout on 8 November 2026. They can change, so confirm the total before paying. A pack holds 60 capsules, enough for a month at the seller's directions of two capsules a day.

The checkout reads “One-off, no subscription”, and pay-later choices such as Klarna are displayed. We note them only as shown, and you should read the provider's terms before using one.

How the parcel arrives

Every option showed free shipping. The seller quotes 3 to 5 working days for delivery by PostNL, with a tracking link sent by email once the order ships, and says the product is made in the Netherlands. If you are out, the carrier may leave the parcel at a pickup point, where it must be collected within the period given on the tracking page.

Hold on to the order confirmation, since it carries the seller's contact details, and compare the pack on arrival with the label described in our ingredients guide.

Could a UK parcel attract import charges?

For deliveries outside the EU and EEA, the seller's shipping policy says customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees fall to the customer where they apply. The UK is outside the EU. The checkout shows a total in pounds and does not say if import VAT is included, so we cannot tell you whether an extra charge could reach you.

Look closely at the total and any tax line before you pay, and ask the seller in writing whether your parcel will be sent duty-paid. A surprise carrier bill at the door is a frequent grumble with cross-border supplement orders.

The seller's return and refund terms

You have 30 calendar days from receipt to send goods back, and they must be sealed in the original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged. You must first contact customer service and agree the return, and the returns address is in the Netherlands (Alphen aan den Rijn). The refund is made within 15 days at most after the seller gets the parcel. An order can be cancelled before dispatch, although orders usually go out the same day.

For returns from outside the EU, the UK included, the policy says you bear all return costs: shipping, customs fees, import duties and VAT. A parcel arriving with unpaid charges can be refused, and then nothing is refunded. Return postage is never refunded. A return from the UK could therefore eat up a large share of one pack's price, which makes a single pack the cautious first order.

We cannot handle returns or refunds on the seller's behalf.

Your true monthly spend

Since a pack is one month at the stated directions, the pack price is about the monthly cost: £54.95 for one pack, £39.95 a month when buying two and £36.65 a month for three. Bigger bundles cut the price per pack but need more money up front, and because only sealed goods can be returned, opened packs cannot go back.

Ignore discount banners, crossed-out prices (the seller shows £79.95 as a regular price) and countdown timers on any sales page. What counts is the total in pounds on the checkout screen before you confirm.

A checklist for the checkout

1. Read the ingredients on the checkout or product page and note any difference from what you saw elsewhere.
2. Look at the total in pounds and scan for a tax or duty line.
3. Make sure the payment is one-off and not a subscription.
4. Read the returns policy, in particular the part on returns from the UK.
5. Save the order confirmation and the seller's contact details.
6. Pay by a method that gives buyer protection.
