Musqle On in the UK: Check the Seller and the Label Before You Buy

Musqle On capsules, three packs of 60

Last updated: · By the Musqle On UK Check editorial team

Many people land on Musqle On through an advert, so we start with the dull but useful questions: who is selling it, what does the pack itself say, and what will it cost you if you change your mind? The rest of this page covers ingredients, cautions and prices.

  • A named Dutch seller with a company number you can search yourself
  • Capsules in packs of 60, described by the seller as a dietary supplement and not as a medicine
  • One pack costs £54.95 at the UK checkout, shipping shown as free (looked at on 8 Nov 2026, so prices may have moved)

Where we land on Musqle On

The seller can be identified, the ingredient table is published, and the checkout is a one-off payment with a stated return period. Those are sensible things to see, but they are the minimum, so please do not read them as an endorsement. The seller's product page and its sales page do not list the same formula, and the sales page makes claims that a food supplement cannot lawfully make. No result can be promised from taking it.

If you do order, look the company up in the Dutch register first, read how returns work from the UK (you cover the cost), and talk to a GP or pharmacist beforehand if you take medicines, have a health condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Everything here was checked on 8 November 2026 and may change.

First, who is selling Musqle On?

Musqle On single pack of 60 capsules

A supplement you meet through an advert deserves a quick background check before anything else. The legal notice on the seller's website names Elivora BV, trading as Musqle On, based in Den Haag in the Netherlands. The item itself is a dietary supplement in capsule form, supplied 60 to a pack. With the two capsules a day that the seller directs, one pack lasts 30 days.

As a food supplement it is not authorised as a medicine, and nobody has assessed it as a treatment for anything. We have not tried the capsules ourselves. All we report comes from the seller's own web pages, which we read on 8 November 2026.

What the pack says, and why we repeat so little of it

The seller's pack names itself a “Dietary supplement” and adds “Muscle support for men”. Those two phrases are all we quote from it. They are the seller's branding, not something we have tested, and we neither back them nor suggest any outcome from them.

Why so cautious? Because UK advertising rules only allow a food to carry a health claim that has been authorised, and a catchy name or tagline is not a substitute. Our approach is therefore narrow. We report what is printed on the label, what the published ingredient table lists, and general safety information. Anything that promises a personal result from this capsule should make you stop and look harder.

There is one testosterone-related sentence that is permitted on foods, and it concerns the mineral zinc and nothing else. We unpack it, including what it does not mean, in the ingredients and doses guide.

The ingredient table the seller publishes

This is the table shown on the seller's product page:

IngredientAmount shown
Vitamin B3 (as niacin)40 mg
Zinc (as zinc oxide)22 mg
L-carnitine tartrate300 mg
Citrulline malate300 mg
Pine bark extract200 mg
Maca root extract300 mg
Grape skin extract30 mg
Saffron extract10 mg

Nothing in the table states the serving basis, so the figures could describe one capsule or the full two-capsule day. Look for the serving line on your pack. Two numbers deserve attention: 22 mg of zinc is over twice the 10 mg UK reference value, and 40 mg of niacin is far above the 16 mg reference value. In addition, the seller's sales page describes a different formula, so the printed pack label should outrank any web page. Each item is discussed in our ingredients guide.

Reading a supplement label without being swayed

Of everything you will read about a supplement, the label on the pack is the most dependable, since rules apply to it and it is what you actually receive. Begin with the list of ingredients, then find how the amounts are expressed. If they are given per day rather than per capsule, then at two capsules daily each capsule holds half the quoted figure.

Then ask whether anything listed is something you must avoid, such as an allergen or a substance a clinician has told you to steer clear of. After that, set slogans, product names and promotional pages to one side as marketing. One simple test: does a sentence tell you what is in the pack, or does it tell you what will happen to your body? The first is information. The second is a promise that no food supplement may lawfully make.

Should the pack in your hands differ from the table above, go by the pack and write to the seller before taking any.

The seller's directions for taking it

On the product page the seller directs 2 capsules a day, taken whole with two large glasses of water (not less than 500 ml) around 15 to 30 minutes ahead of your largest meal. For anyone who finds capsules hard to swallow, the seller says they may be opened and the contents stirred into water. Stay within the stated amount, and follow the directions printed on your own pack, which take precedence over this page.

The sales page words the timing a little differently, which is one more reason to follow the pack. A supplement is meant to sit beside a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, not stand in for them.

Who needs to check with a professional first

Musqle On is pitched at adult men. That describes the marketing and is not a suggestion that you should buy it, particularly if you are unsure about capsules that combine minerals, amino acid compounds and plant extracts.

Speak to a GP or pharmacist first if you take any medicine, have a health condition, or are receiving treatment for a hormone, prostate, heart or blood-pressure problem. It is not meant for under-18s, nor for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. If persistent tiredness, low mood or sexual difficulties are troubling you, make a GP appointment, because a supplement cannot diagnose or treat any of them.

  • Zinc: 22 mg sits close to the roughly 25 mg a day that UK and EU advisers set as the upper level for supplements, so avoid adding more zinc without advice.
  • Niacin: some people get warmth, redness or tingling of the skin from niacin, and the seller does not name the form used.
  • Medicines: pine bark and grape skin extracts carry general cautions for people using blood thinners or diabetes medicine, so check with a pharmacist.

A short word on safety

Taking a lot of zinc for a long time can get in the way of copper absorption, which is the reason for the upper level mentioned above. L-carnitine and citrulline can upset the stomach in some people, so swallowing the capsules with plenty of water, as the seller directs, is a reasonable precaution. If you feel unwell, stop and get advice.

Our side effects and safety guide goes through each point and suggests what to tell a pharmacist.

Scam or legit? Our short answer

The seller is not hiding. Its legal notice gives Elivora BV, trading as Musqle On, Platinaweg 25, 2544 EZ Den Haag, KvK number 42020555, a VAT number and a phone number. You can type that KvK number into the Dutch Chamber of Commerce register and compare what comes back, which we recommend.

That clears a low bar, no more. We have not verified anything beyond the notice, and the sales page we reached through advertising uses selling tricks that are common in this product category. Treat any promise there with scepticism. The full seller check lists what can be verified and how to order with care.

Two capsules a day. The seller says to swallow them whole with at least 500 ml of water, 15 to 30 minutes before your largest main meal. Your own pack's directions come first.

Which ingredients are listed?

Eight, according to the seller's product page. The table, and a warning that the sales page lists a different formula, are in the ingredients and doses guide.

Can I trust the seller?

The company is named and has a Dutch registration number you can search, so it is not anonymous. We have not audited it. Our seller check explains what you can verify.

No. Anyone under 18, pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or living with a medical condition should ask a GP or pharmacist first. More is in side effects and safety.
